Saturday, August 26, 2006My calf is on the mend and should be ready for tomorrow's runThe soreness in my calf is just about drowned out by the soreness in my hamstrings. I worked legs yesterday, even my calves. My calf seemed to come through the workout none the worse for wear. My hams are the good kind of pain that means I actually worked them out.
