Wednesday, August 2, 2006I weighed myelf this morning like I always do and felt this deserved a postI usually write my Be Fit! post after I run at night but I wanted to tell you about the latest roller coaster ride. Yesterday I started my new eating plan where I was going to start eating 5 times a day instead of 4. I ate six because I was up early. Yesterday when I weighed myself, I was up to 205...
