Thursday, July 20, 2006How my new plan is going so farI decided to cut my goal mileage in half this week and just set the simple goal of going out running every night. I have made it 4 nights in a row now. I'm only running a mile and a half because it's just more important to get the pattern down for me. I am running up the hill so I think it's still...
