How my new plan is going so far

I decided to cut my goal mileage in half this week and just set the simple goal of going out running every night. I have made it 4 nights in a row now. I'm only running a mile and a half because it's just more important to get the pattern down for me. I am running up the hill so I think it's still... Sign in to see full entry.
