Saturday, March 11, 2006I'm sore from what little workout I did do on ThursdayI can feel it in the front of my legs and in my abs. I didn't think that I had worked my abs at all but I forgot that I showed the soccer team a good exercise for abs. Turns out that I'm right. =) I am going to start doing my karate workout on nonkarate days. Right now, there is too big of a gap...
