Friday, May 20, 2005This week is not going well for my exercising goalsI started out the week great, going strong on running and lifting weights and then my son's birthday threw off the schedule. I can't seem to get back on the schedule and now the week is gone. I'm not complaining. I just need to get back on track as quickly as possible. It's not like I haven't done...
