Jackie Kelk

Child actor Jackie Kelk co-starred with Monty in the Broadway musical, Jubilee. Kelk made several TV appearances on shows such as "The Donna Reed Show" (starring Monty's Oscar - winning co-star from From Here to Eternity ) throughout his career. He died in 2002 at age 79. Honorary Oscar for Wallach

It was announced that Monty's co-star of The Misfits, Eli Wallach, will receive an Honorary Oscar for career achievement (he is also mentioned in my 10/26/09 entry). Wallach, 94, will receive the award in a non-televisied ceremony this fall. Francis Heflin

Francis Heflin was Monty's co-star in the Broadway play, The Skin of Our Teeth. Her brother, Van, won the Best Supporting Actor Oscar for Johnny Eager. In her later years, she was known for her role in TV soap opera, "All My Children". She died in 1994 at age 73. Sign in to see full entry.
