When Feb. goes out like a lamb, March comes in like a lion

or is it when Feb. goes out like a lion, March comes in like a lamb. I am not sure, but in any case, this time in Music City USA, Feb. has gone out like a lamb (68 yesterday), and March (72 today) has come in like a lamb. Yes, I know we are looking for the lost lion.
