No More Mister Nice Guy

Yesterday I brought my credit card rewards voucher to the department store concierge to exchange it for a gift certificate. There was only one staff at the counter and she was on the phone explaining to a lady caller about the details of the rewards voucher. I stood there for about 10 minutes...
