Shoot the Bloggin Ball!..............................................

Sitting here watching the Iowa -- Northwestern game, it occurs to me that, many of us have no offense, we are all defense. Iowa leapt to an early 18 to 4 lead in this round one of March Madness -- NCAA. But soon Northwestern scored 14 unanswered points, as Iowa simply walked around the floor,... Blogger is ready for the big step....................................

Well, I thought I was going to go back to rattling on about visual therapy. My sister was in town for a wedding this weekend, and complaining about focus issues -- like me. But, I think I'm going to switch gears, having imparted all the knowledge I have on that issue. I highly recommend people begin... Sign in to see full entry.

BLOGGER DISCOVERS THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH!.................................

Well, my stupidity has finally paid off. I, as you know, sang last night at the new Coffee House in Ankeny. My friend Toby and I have started up on our on-again, off-again borderline career committment, which is on-again. I was going to write about it and how happy I was, but that my body was... Blogger ties the record for not blinking!..................................

Something is gnawing at me. I remembered that I had forgotten one basic step in the eye exercises that I posted about last week. The focus - refocus works and is very energizing. But first you need to bring your eyes up and aimed toward the front. In order to do this you look far left and high. Far... Sign in to see full entry.

Blogger's formula for Self-Help Independence...............................

Brach's string. A simple, homemade tool for exercising the eyes. Take a regular piece of twine or a shoestring, start tying knots in it about two inches apart. Take a couple of goes at it before you get this right. The end product will be fairly uniform and about eighteen inches long. OK, take and... Sign in to see full entry.

This blogger is losing her sight!..........................................

Well, I promised a different self-help blog, but I will turn my particularly prehensile understanding of contemporary culture to a more personal topic. Bifovial fixation. No this is not a psychological term. It is not anything to do with Obsessive-Compuslive Disorder. Nor is it the autistic slant of... Sign in to see full entry.

Blogger has a senior moment, and Is back on vitimin B-1

Well, I just took my hydrochlorothiazide, and feel wonderful. But I wanted to report what happened to me this week, vis-a-vis my vitimin B's. I usually take vitimin B-complex at night, and B-1 in the morning. Once I took my B-1 at night and had psychedelic dreams all night. So, now I only take it in... Sign in to see full entry.

Blogger Questions Her Own Alcoholism.....................................

Sat 2/11/2006 9:55 AM I have a friend who wonders if she is an alcoholic. I am in no position to say. I don't know. But I can say what my experience was. I have to be honest about that. I kinda suspected that I had alcoholism potential when I heard my 6th grade teacher telling the class about how... Sign in to see full entry.

Save your eyes and your prostate with this easy vitamin treatment..........

Well, lutein, farmed in Indonesia and Hawaii, off the tops of a certain type of tropical flower, is made and distributed from Des Moines. This is true. Lutein stimulates the tear ducts, to be blunt about it, and therefore lengthens the viability of the eyes for middle age and older. However, as my... Sign in to see full entry.

This blogger meddled in family politics and got what he deserved...........

Perhaps empowerment is not the word. Love is the word, the love of a mother for a child. But you cannot use that word in public schools these days. Not and survive with your career intact. So, let us, for the sake of safety and reason, call it empowerment. We have a student who continues to live in... Sign in to see full entry.
