Caitlin, my nearly 17 year-old, has been out of her cast for three weeks now, and she says she's not able to run. My mother asked me if she had completed all her therapy since having the cast removed. I gotta tell you, the doctor never gave her any exercises to do. He only said she'd be ready to go...
