guanteed 30 min dinner

put sweet potatoes and 1 apple on to boil and put broccoli on to steam. then cut 1/2 chicken breast into 4 slices and put into pan with a tad of butter and add spices, i like italian spices, basil and garlic. cook a few minutes then add cooking wine and chopped tomato and onion and fresh garlic and... tonight there was

chicken, peas, corn, carrots and potatoes in the soup. spiced with rosemary. if you are looking for a salt substitute use rosemary, or perhaps one of these other herbs, dill, fennel, pepper, oregano, thyme, marjoram, mint, sage and most other culinary spices can help to wean you off the salt.
