Tearing My Hair out Resubscribing
OK guys. I was on blogit about a year ago. I am trying to renew my subscription but the system says that my billing address and the one I am giving do not match... BUT THEY DO. I am giving the address straight off my bank's website and my statement. Of course, the system will not renew my subscription. Do you guys have any ideas? Customers service, in their defense, is trying to help but we are obviously missing something small but important. Has this happened to any of you? Any help is greatly appreciated.
