Community Help: Page Breaks?

I've seen a few blogs here with page breaks and links to separate pages within the same post. I like that idea a lot more than breaking a story up into many parts just to keep the entry smaller. Breaking a story into parts, in my opinion, messes with the continuity of the story and is just generally annoying.

Can anyone tell me how the page breaks are done?
