Jump to target on Blog

Hello,

I'm trying to create a Table of Contents with links to specific posts on my blog. I'm using the standard tags (example).

<a href="#E7">Arrivederci Roma</a>
<a name="E7">Arrivederci Roma</a>

The system keeps inserting stuff that spoils my tags (example).

Any suggestions?
