Empty Boxes

A simple word flares through meanings No questions can be answered alone Through visions blurred are blank readings Between the lines rest collisions of stone An empty world filled with anger and misery Wish someone feels what it’s like Crimson roses burst its desires into ache Dry surface, but my core is drowning in tears Unfair steps are taken and people think they’re right Their day will come when life teaches them a lesson Sober might be my mind, wasted is my heart Chances dissolve in a...
