Sun slides up Engraving shadows On the hard frozen ground. Every tree and stalk A sundial forever entranced To sun point. Trees shiver in the wind Winter sun ain’t got no sol Leaves litter, summer’s sacrifice Gone for naught A cycle of nature Is what we’re taught. Eyes blink slamming Out the low...
