Old, true love

Lilly They smell oh so sweet, Provide so much life. They covered my feet when I buried my wife. The flower so fair And stem proud and strong, I put one in her hair And hugged her so long, Another one sprouted Right there where I stood. Her life should be touted, Did nothing but good.
