Burger King's Enormous Breakfast Sandwich

is anti-longevity. What could they have been thinking when they thought that fat-laden, high-calorie sandwich up. I'll not eat it, and I hope others will shun the heart-attack bait as well. Sign in to see full entry.

Faith Adds to Longevity . . .

and it need not be Christian faith, or even religious faith of any sort. It may be faith in goodness, in ourselves, in our families, or even those we love who are not part of our families. It could be a faith in our form of government or economy, or just faith that mankind, on the whole, is good... Sign in to see full entry.

Thinking Adds to Longevity . . . .

yes, deep, serious thinking about almost anything will keep your brain alive longer, and the brain is a key player in longevity, since it controls all the other organs. Spend time each day thinking about issues and discussing them with people who disagree and/or agree with you. Get into the... Sign in to see full entry.
