I use SpamSleuth from Blue Squirrel. You get a 30-day free trial period. This software, like most spam filters, has to be trained, but it has lots of options and is working out great for me. For instance, the only mail I get from "@yahoo.com" or "@hotmail.com" are those e-mails from Yahoo or Hotmail... Sign in to see full entry.
