Has Big Brother Gone Too Far?

Here in our city a man went out and started his car so that it would be warm. He left it running and of course the keys in it. The Police came by and gave him a ticket for keys in car and leaving it unattended. The reasoning behind the ticketing is to stop cars from being stolen. We appreciate the...
