Consider this...
What an artist is for is to tell us what we see but do not know that we see… We live in a world where the arts seem to be regarded with less and less respect. Yet, what will a day be without music? Without colour and shape and texture of photographs and paintings and fabrics, sculptures in simplistic yet magnificent line and form…what will my days be like without the words of a book…without the lines of poetry that I read and reread before I go to sleep.
