A couple of days ago I did a real thumbs down post on processed foods. Since then, Son #1 made one of his impromptu visits to a grocery store (without a list). He enjoys, now and then, just pushing a grocery cart around the store, seeing what he can see, and picking up what catches his eye. Then he... Sign in to see full entry.

The Dangers Of Buying And Eating Processed Foods
Mom, I was going to eat this for lunch, but I found this bug in my packet of Lipton Noodle soup (before I cooked it). Do you know what it is? Ellipsis
Snow is forecast... again, and cold, oh so cold, white, frozen, slick, deep. Snow is forecast... again. But spring will come... green, warm, soft breezes, blossoms pink and white. Spring will come... again. My eyes love the white... sparkling in the sun, icicles hanging, growing longer as they drip.... Sign in to see full entry.

The advent of the cell phone/Smart phone/mobile phone has brought about a magnificent obsession, an addiction of epidemic proportions. Can anyone just be still, to meditate, or to wait unentertained for even a short period of time without the hand nervously reaching, the finger pointing, swiping,... Sign in to see full entry.
