I am trying to understand the larger implications of Tsunami relief for
societies of populations to which it has been dispensed. I somehow can't help feeling that the State tends to (ab)use events like Tsunami to further their own agendas of displacement of peoples and establishment of certain corporates along the coast through their resorts, for instance.
