I have found releaseFrustration builds in my head like condensation on a glass. It penetrates all my thoughts, until I let music move me. Lately it's been Eminem, with his hypnotic hometown power. He says, 'Nothing moves me more than a groove that soothes me.' Good grief, I can relate. I am soothed and moved away from...
