I spent Sunday night with friends, eating a wonderful supper with the radio on, listening to the election results. Yesterday there were elections throughout Spain, and, though I hadn´t checked the electoral list I thought that since I´d jumped through all the requisite civic hoops that I´d probably be able to vote, at least in the town council elections (translating all these terms into english equivalents)....
