Poor little Murphy!!!!

Well, the goat tried to tell you! He was so hoping that all of the Cubbie fans would take him seriously and finally give him the pardon he is due......we would have surely been in the playoffs....BUT.....now he's got another year of unjust shame because no one saw fit to "pardon the goat". This is for all of us Cubbie fans....Sometime ago during a Cubs game it suddenly came to me that for more than 60 years past, we've had it all wrong. Referring to that fateful day in 1945 when Mr. Sianis and Murphy the Goat were ejected from Wrigley Field, it should have been referred to as the "Curse of Mr. Sianis", not "The Curse of the Goat". After all, Mr. Sianis is the one who placed the curse, the goat was unfortunately in the fallout. In my opinion, the goat has been wronged! This is why the curse has never been able to be lifted. The wrong party has gotten the blamed. The Cubbie's have been doing really well, but, let's face it, something always happens to prevent us from going to the WorldSeries.....something ALWAYS happens. I'm telling all of you, it's the Curse of the Goat! So, this is what I think needs to be done to ensure that the curse will, once and for all, be put to rest and we Cub fans can see out team go on to victory. What have we got to lose? Isn't it wo
