Sunsets with Beloveds

Sunsets with Beloveds When I lived on The Standing Rock Reservation, my beloved friends would gather every evning to watch the sunset in silence. We sat in awe as the painting morph ed in pastel hues of orange, green, blue, pink, and grey. There were no judgments or suggestions to change the shifting colors. Slow Dancing

Slow Dancing This dance has taken my breath from me. We began this dance slowly enough, but, someone slipped a tip to the band and now we are rocking at lightning speed. 99 Beautiful Names In the Koran, God is called by ninety-nine different names. Each name points to a quality of the Divine. Mystics remind us that there are an infinite number of qualities and names for Allah. Shams says, "These qualities are yours by adoption." Pentecost

Pentecost 50 days after the death and resurrection of Christ, the disciples/posse of Jesus, The Christ were gathered for a potluck, prayers and singing. The Holy Sirit shows up in a dramatic display of Glory. Power, and Oneness. Pentecost It was their regular gathering for prayer, song, and potluck.
