Rich Americans should feel guilty for using illegals because they shouldn't have been here in the first place to be used. They chose to come to this country illegally. They stole entrance into this country and they chose to go to work under the table. You accuse the "Rich Americans" for using them but my guess is that some of those people felt they were doing something to be compassionate and give them work. Did you guys know that our own border control agents are alerting the Mexican government to the spots where the Minute Men are located in order to help illegas cross our borders? Incredible! This should interest you... I don't know who did this study but according to this study: On May 1st, as a result of the Mexican boycott, national retailers reported 4.2% lower sales for the day with a 67.8% reduction in shoplifting. Isn't it interesting that they only lost 4.2% in sales but had 67% less shoplifting so they really came out ahead! One of my co-workers has come up with a wonderful idea to put a stop to the amnesty deal. Get all of your friends who are Democrats and against amnesty to re-register as Republicans long enough to defeat this issue. Then they can go back to being Democrats. My co-worker has already persuaded people she knows to re-register including one of my other co-workers. This morning, it occurred to me that what the Latino leaders who are pushing for amnesty and free citizenship for illegals are doing is very similar to what Johnny Cochran did in the O. J. This morning I saw the damage done by the young men supposedly participating in a peaceful protest yesterday. I told you guys in my last post about how they were throwing rocks and bottles at police officers a couple of blocks from where I live. This morning I saw how they had kicked in the side of a bus shelter and had vandalized the businesses across the street. For those of you who are sympathetic to the illegal immigrants, maybe you should have been in my neighborhood tonight where a police off icer was injured two blocks from here. Why? Because he was trying to stop vandals and other Mexican immigrants from throwing bottles and rocks at police officers. My neighborhood was utter chaos today. For all of you who think you're getting such a good deal with cheaper cars because of illegals, let me clue you in. You may be saving on a car or a few items but, collectively, you are paying much more to support most of these people. While they may be earning and paying some taxes on what they have earned "legally," many of them aren't spending that money to buy food. I live right in the middle of a largely Latino community and I'm not talking about just breaking our border laws. That's just the beginning. Telling them it's okay to come here without obeying the immigration laws makes it clear to them that we don't enforce our laws and they break many other laws as well.
