A Weary Smile

From behind the yawn My smile bounds like a 'roo To blaze joy across my weary face And paint happiness upon my heart. Like the first bright glimmerings of dawn My grin shines golden through Fatigue's darknesses and replace My frown with glee's own art And around me another perfect day can start.
