Sunrise

My sleep, disturbed By the mutterings of foolish fear, Lies tattered in the fading gloom As I, restless, watch the new sun rise. Tranquil, unperturbed By the anguishes that brought me here, Dawn softly gilds my dingy room And as the shadow of the last fear dies, In the sunrise, I recall your eyes. Sign in to see full entry.
