Plan to not get upset
I have noticed that some people are in the habit of saying that if such and such goes wrong, then they will be upset. This is not useful behavior. I recommend that instead people think "If such and such goes wrong, I know what to do about it, or if I do not know what to do about it, I am at least... Sign in to see full entry.
