My injury weakened leg sees no improvement for a year. For that year, I am injecting Lantus insulin only into the "tougher" right thigh. The right leg gets tougher. The left leg shows no improvement. Finally I begin to inject the left thigh with Lantus. That left leg immediately gets stronger. It doesn't feel as shaky any more. What does that tell you about Lantus? And Insulin?
