The Karl Rove, gwb cheating always includes changing the vote totals as they pass from precinct levels to network tote board levels. Unless the Democrats watch the repugs closely as they shift the votes from precinct to the TV scoreboard, the republicans will cheat in that area. Block them from that cheating, in advance.
