Jimmy Rod Ice Bottles! Put water in 16 oz. plastic bottles. Re-seal the bottles. Put them in the freezer. I'd make up ten or more. In an emergency, you've got water and really cold ice-packs. It's an instant and free air conditioner. If you're too hot, just hold an ice bottle for thirty seconds or so. Then put it back in the freezer. You will be "cool."
