Hey, DeBlasio! You Seem Intelligent! RU smarter than gwb? He's Killing..

He's killing you and your city with HAARP weather manipulation. You're smart enough to be able to do a little running-research. These ICE STORMS are being "fired at you" by GWB/HAARP. If you google/bookmark "Atlantic animated infrared image," you will probably wonder what the red explosions represent. This is what I call "sports and stuff!" I'm starting out with a story that could make the 49ers champions if their coaches are smart enough to read "the instructions."
