Hey, Stanford Cardinal!Sixties Indian Fans Say Thank You for Your Big Wins

Back in the Day, Stanford was happy with a 7-4 season. I remember a 0-10 season back in the day. The best passing offense in the game couldn't save us from the worst defense. Now the great Cardinal defense, tries to win two Rose Bowls in a row. Again! They did it in 1970 & 71. I remember Stanford facing Michigan State in a 1960s regular season match-up. I had the honor of watching the Palo Alto "Tribe" knock off MSU in one of Stanford's biggest upsets. As I recall it was prodominantly "Weaver on... Sign in to see full entry.
