Hey, Dinky georgie bush! Murdering Earth with HAARP and Bp Oil, huh, gwb?

While georgie bush was totally botching the presidency, he also hi-jacked HAARP. He turned it from weather research into a planet murdering weapon! He has kept a joystick to HAARP.
