Hey, Prez Obama! What's going on at "Animated Atlantic infrared image?"

Am I mistaken or was that a massive HAARP blast that just hit the entire Eastern section of America. It happened today. Between 4:30 and 7:30 PM Eastern time. It temporarily eliminated the seemingly eternal HAARP ion cannon fire, coming from Western Africa. It's dark red on this doppler. If I'm in the area of that blast, I demand to know what kind of "radiation," I just got hit with, Mr. President. What the hell just hit us, Sir!
