You can see this madness at "Pacific Animated infrared image." In a six photograph progression, you will see GWB and his fellow peckerwoods using HAARP to guide a storm at San Francisco. GWB and the gang got tired of getting their asses kicked by SF ICE. They took their storm north to British Columbia. Slipped it into Canada and brought it down to Lake Tahoe.
