You can see it happen at "Animated Atlantic infrared image." The green/red/orange is blasts from HAARP ion cannons. The blast starts in Guinea, West Africa. It is relayed to South America. In South America the blasts direction is aimed toward Central America. El Salvador appears to redirect the blast toward the east coast of America. That's how Bush/BP gave us hurricane Sandy.
