If you're concerned about the possible effects of Hurricane Irene on the east coast, I've got a solution. We've done this before. Make the coastline water colder with ice. As a prayer, put ice in your sink before you go to bed. Let it melt down the drain. This chills the pipes and creates a refrigeration system all along the coast.
