Once again, it appears that 'scruples' may be on the decline out there . .

IT’S JUST SO UPSETTING FOR SO MANY REASONS! I am so pissed off right now! The back story: Like I’ve always maintained, I believe gift cards and certificates seem to be the best and simplest gift to give someone because it takes a lot of the guess-work out of trying to find that ‘perfect something.’...
