A short sermon on 'Now '. Stop what you are doing and take a breath with full awareness and concentration of watching that breath. Watch it enter your body,;observe where it goes inside your body; observe it leaving takin with it impurities and waste water. Take another.... and now, one more. Now consider with me this simple truth. Now, is the ONLY time you can change something, do something, think something, remember something.
