Actually, it began last night with thawing out some brown rice, and attempting to make tasty fried rice. The rice was stickier than I'd planned. But fried rice is actually all about the additions. Onions, mushrooms, cabbage, Chinese-style sausage, shaved pork, some little shrimp, and scrambled egg.... Sign in to see full entry.
