How did I start my days before blogging?

For years, my goal has been to start everyday by writing something. You know, get the creative juices flowing. A strategy to write more and more and more. But, only with the advent of 'blogging' have I been consistently successful almost everyday.... What about you? Are you starting more days than... Sign in to see full entry.

Blogging becomes more and more of a centerpiece

in my writing life. CBN News tongiht talked of how blogging is one of the phenomena undermining the previous poplarity of network news. Facinating....Here we all are, writing and "publishing abroad" with a freedom unheard of before the internet weblog. And our potential audience is enormous. Or even... Sign in to see full entry.

Homegirl's post brings back so many memories

of my relationship with my in-laws when I was married. Similar money issues about my ex's sister, plus they wouldn't eat anything I cooked and they wouldn't stay in our home. Now they are at odds with the current wife. And whether consciously or not, my ex fuels the feud, so it won't ever end. I... Sign in to see full entry.

...stolen moments...

Blogging in the early morning

Up late writing.

I am trying to write a certain amount each day. Tonight I am a bit frustrated with my self for having such a time getting done with the writing. I guess all of us who write have frustrating times. I am not really discouraged. I'm hopeful that I'll be done in short order. The frustration comes from... Sign in to see full entry.

How can blogging be so central to my life,

and yet, I have to little to say about the process or the experience? I am caught up in simply 'writing' here, and so thankful for an audience of readers. This place gives me an opportunity to grow as a writer in the context of having real readers. At my life stage with children and working and... Sign in to see full entry.

Pondering the world of weblogs.

I remember the days when I felt isolated as a writer. Especially feeling like a beginner gaining experience. I am not sure now where I even fit in regard to my level of expertise. And with the advent of weblogs, it doesn't matter to me as much. Before the weblog, I worried about how to get my work... Sign in to see full entry.

Blogit still seems quieter than usual.

I know I was glued to public TV election coverage late last night. Sign in to see full entry.
