My friend didn't come

and I couldn't get in touch with her. I washed the pillow cases and the couch cover but have to put the pillows back together. I scrubbed my sink and my stove top and that's all I got done today. I got up late.

A friend is coming to help me clean my house. I slept from five until eight thirty. I am groggy and I feel weird. I wish that I felt good and had energy. Maybe later. I am up in the middle of the night.

I went to bed early and I couldn't sleep any more. I know that I'll have to go back to bed. I'm relearning how to sleep. It's been years since I had a good night sleep.
