lazy, shiftless, winter gulls drifting aimlessly over galumphing waves scavenging among the stones for a picnic’s spoiled remains. ole crow sits on a naked branch peering at me pensively hoping i will leave behind the broken bits of my breakfast when the first sunbeam rends the mists the feathered...
