A Bassett Hound named Homer................................................

FREE PUPPIES...............................................................
Aren't there any free puppies anymore? Every ad I have read in the past few days have been for purebreed dogs. I want a mutt. Just a "Heinz 57" mix. Nada. Not one ad for a free puppy. and it started when I was young.
When I was growing up, we had lots of dogs. Not all at one time, but when one would get old and pass on, we'd replace it. Once we had to take one of our dogs to the shelter because it snarled at my sister and within months, we'd have another dog. I am ashamed actually of how many dogs we've had....
