When it comes to my cell phone ringing ( Tocca & Fugue ), I never seem to be able to answer it before the caller hangs up. First, I have to take attention away from what I am doing at the time--today for instance, riding my bicycle. Then, since my phone is in the locked position, I have to unlock it...
