Water Balloons and Ice Cream Cones and Allergies......

Their moms went out salsa dancing last night and took over the club that they visited with ten friends. They said that the free Bud Light Promotion and the Tequila shots were what did them in. It wasn't really a dancing club, but they circled the dj with requests and then circled the empty space on the outdoor patio at El Charro's and showed off for each other until they cried with laughter. WRITING MY WILL. The grandchildren helped me to write it......

They are 9,6,6,and 3. When my father died, I told them about wills and asked them to help me to write mine. I took out a piece of paper and walked around my house. They know my treasures well. The nine year old who arrived first, had first choice a few years ago when she asked if when I died I would let her have my African art collection. I assured her that it was hers. OUR ABORIGINAL DANCING WORKED!! It rained last night.

I found a wet garden this morning and called the grandchildren before they went off to daycare. They knew that it had rained and were as excited about it as I was. We sang the rain song that we made up and hoped that it would bring more rain today. I told them to shake their rainmakers before leaving their houses, to help it along. Today we went to Australia, well pretended we were Outback Aborigines.

I am an artist and old hippie and single and life is too serious to babysit. So, the grandchildren and I "travel" when they come to spend time with me. Today we went to Australia, it was along flight and our afternoon nap covered the flight time. I was a stewardess passing out lunches and pointing out the countries that we were flying over.
